To do so follow this step
1 click on create a new topic
2 once it load in the title write letter to create *your clan name* clan e.g "letter to create eagle clan"
Then type the goals of your clans in the your message box and submit
2after submiting make sure you register you will get a message in the letter topic that your clan room has been suceffully created..thats all
